The Science and Art of Self-Leadership

Self-leadership is the ability to take charge of our own thoughts, actions, and emotions with intention and clarity. It’s about cultivating motivation, purpose, and resilience while staying connected to our values and goals. By embracing self-leadership, we unlock our potential to pursue our goals with access to our full capacity and potential.

Research shows there are many skills and practices for self-leadership that protect our motivation, sense of purpose, and emotional wellbeing. Yet, in the midst of our busy lives, it can be challenging to carve out time to connect with ourselves and nurture our inner strength. Taking care of our own vibrancy and wellbeing shouldn't feel like another task on an overwhelming to-do list. Cultivating self-leadership, and creating the space for reflection, growth, and resilience can be delightful moments of rejuvenation and inspiration.

We combine imagination, creativity, science and technology to create engaging, playful experiences for learning and practising the skills for self-leadership. Our mission is to help people pursue their goals with connection to their inner strengths and vibrant self

Self-Leadership Skills comes from the research lab of Dr. Anne Hsu, Associate Professor at Queen Mary, University of London. We use methods from neuroscience, psychology research, mindfulness meditations, and Internal Family Systems therapy and coaching to create immersive, imaginative workshops, games, and experiences.
